Where are Suncatcher Craft Eyes sold?

For right now, all I can tell you is at Suncatcher Craft Eyes online and specially priced items on Etsy, but they are being sold in brick & mortar stores.   I’ve contacted my distributor to get a list of what stores carry them, but I haven’t heard back yet.  Hopefully soon there will be a list of stores on my website telling you where you can go locally to buy them.

Today in amigurumi 8/11/2011

These amigurumi are not my creations.  They are ones I find especially cute and well done.  Click the photo to go to the website to find out more about each amigurumi and its maker.

The most adorable knit bear amigurumi:

This little Hawaiian monkey is on vacation!

While we’re on the topic of monkeys, how about an adorable thread crochet monkey doll?

New blog feature – Today in amigurumi

There is always new amigurumi  popping up online. Since I spend some of my spare time looking at them and wishing I had time to make amigurumi of my own, I thought I’d share what  I find with you.   Some have patterns, some don’t.  I’ll try to include a few with free patterns when I can.  These are not my amigurumi but impressive creations I’ve found surfing online.  Here are today’s amigurumi:

SAPlanet has a new penguin pattern:

Out of the Frame has added an adorable bunny to her Etsy shop (love the poem she included in her listing):

How about a Bob Ross amigurumi:

Just when you think you’ve seen it all, along comes a Motorcycle sidecar dog amigurumi:

Finally, how about an adorable free mole pattern!

What a great week!

August is turning out to be an amazing month for Suncatcher Craft Eyes.

June from PlanetJune has trusted me to take over providing her customers with craft eyes. It’s an honor to be given this opportunity, and I welcome everyone who is coming over from PlanetJune.com. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me anytime.

I also got a really nice request from Tamie at Roxycraft to provider her with some more craft eyes. I can’t wait to see what she makes with them! Have you seen her new free “Cute” pattern? No wonder she’s named it “Cute!” Check it out!

Suncatcher Craft Eyes has had lots of sales on Amazon.com, but we got our first review today, and it’s a really nice one! Thanks so much Shala of Don’t Eat The Paste for the wonderful review. She even posted a photo of the adorable little kitty she made with them.

It doesn’t stop there! Stacey at Fresh Stitches has created the most huggable striped amigurumi dog pattern you’ve ever seen, and she used Suncatcher Craft Eyes! Check out Carlton here.

What can I say? Feeling very honored and blessed right now.
